Megan is a private pay practitioner and is considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. Claim submission for out-of-network benefits is the client's responsibility.

Upon request, superbills can be provided. Please contact your insurance company directly for questions about coverage, benefits, and claim submission.

Payments accepted: Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), debit cards, cash, check, and HSA cards.

Cancellation policy: We ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the missed appointment fee.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
